One half of The New Day, Xavier Woods, revealed yesterday that he is currently out injured and will be on the sidelines for up to six weeks.
Woods is suffering from a torn plantaris, the muscle underneath the calf, and got it when he jumped to perform a simple DDT.
The King of the Ring winner noted that to hit the DDT, he jumped off the bottom rope and landed badly.
“Not a shark attack. Not a steel chair hit. Not a machine gun. Not a machete. I just jumped,” joked Woods during the G4 Attack of the Show.
The timeline means that King Woods will be missing the Royal Rumble.
